The Retrospective is also designed to be inclusive of all project disciplines and team members, representing a diverse range of expertise levels. Ultimately, Retrospectives collaboratively develop relevant actions to repeat challenges that are incorporated into projects plans while continually building on the successes the team has accomplished together.
