Our Story
In the world of business consulting, many firms focus on long-term strategy—conducting deep-dive analyses and working closely with executive teams to design 3–5-year plans. These comprehensive strategies offer immense value, providing organizations with a clear vision for the future.

But during our years in corporate leadership across a range of industries, we often found ourselves on the receiving end of these high-level strategies—left to interpret and implement them with little guidance. Once the final page of the strategy report was turned, the “how” was often missing. Execution became fragmented, requiring rework, and opportunities to collaborate across departments were frequently lost.

Our name reflects both our approach and our promise: to help teams move quickly from strategy to action. We don’t tell you how to run your business - you already know how to do that. Instead, we facilitate inclusive, action-oriented workshops that empower your teams to translate strategy into clear, actionable steps. These sessions bring people together, align efforts across departments, and create opportunities to innovate and build on other’s ideas.
And because we know that even the best plans can fade without follow-through—often due to shifting priorities or limited resources—we can also offer continued support. Through short, focused accountability check-ins, we help teams stay on track, evaluate progress, and adapt as needed. This ensures that the actions developed in our workshops remain relevant, achievable, and impactful—long after the session ends.
Our Team
A fun-loving facilitator of workshops and action-oriented goals, Suzan brings over 25 years of experience in designing and executing business solutions. Her expertise spans from creating and managing knowledge-sharing and innovation management strategies to implementing IT technologies and process redesigns. She excels in blending management, consulting, facilitation, and communications to solve complex business challenges. She has an innate ability to develop rapport quickly and guide clients to decisive action.
Throughout her career, she has facilitated hundreds of workshops, utilizing multiple facilitation techniques to uncover team dysfunction, identify the root causes of business challenges, enhance collaboration, and bring strategies to life. Her diverse skills and global experience in implementing complex human and technology platforms provide her clients with a wealth of multi-cultural and generational insights, empowering them with collaborative solutions and clear, actionable strategies.
She is a recognized speaker and has presented her solutions and facilitated workshops at numerous conferences worldwide.
Celebrated for her ability to liaise and communicate effectively across all organizational levels, she consistently impresses executives and connects to key stakeholders and workshop participants. Today, she is a full-time facilitator at Rapid Impact, driven by the belief that helping teams align on relevant actions and holding them accountable leads to success. Her personal mantra is "Confident Curiosity." In her free time, she enjoys exploring wine regions of the old world, volunteering for charities that seek to end domestic violence, and discovering new ways for humans to connect.
